Cira Pihl is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with concentration in the areas of outpatient orthopedics and pelvic health. Cira earned an Associate of Applied Science – Physical Therapist Assistant from Central Piedmont Community College followed by her Bachelor of Science – Physical Therapist Assistant from Pima Medical Institute. Her passion for physical therapy and as a certified Pilates instructor have led to particular interest in the area of core dysfunction.
Cira has pursued continuing education in the areas of myofascial release, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and Pilates for pre and post-natal populations.
